Directorate Change

The Company announces that the employment of Vinoy Nursiah has ended, with
immediate effect.

The Company confirms that the board remains entirely confident in the
Company's financial reporting processes and procedures and internal control
environment, and the strength and resource within the Company's finance team.
The Company remains on target to deliver full year results in line with market
expectations, and to release its financial statements within the required
timeframes.

The Board has already commenced a search for a temporary replacement in the
short term and a permanent appointment thereafter.
