Sept 28 (Reuters) - Investment Friends SA  IFRP.WA : 
    * Said on Tuesday that Damf Invest SA acquired 5,940,000 of 
the company's series B shares at 0.8 zloty ($0.21) per share 
    * Damf Invest is affiliated to Malgorzata Patrowicz, Damian 
Patrowicz, Marianna Patrowicz and Mariusz Patrowicz, who are 
members of the company's supervisory board
