Dec 21 (Reuters) - Investment Friends SA  IFRP.WA : 
    * Said on Tuesday that following the registration of the 
capital increase of Investment Friends, Damf Invest SA owns now 
66.0 pct stake in the company 
    * In Sept. Damf Invest SA acquired 5,940,000 of the 
company's shares  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL8N1C40MM 
    * Before the transaction Damf Invest SA owned 55.15 pct 
stake in the company 
    * following the registration of the company's capital 
increase, Sloneczne Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. raised its stake in 
Investment Friends to 10.15 pct from 4.99 pct stake  
    * Damf Invest SA is affiliated unit of Mariusz Patrowicz and 
Damian Patrowicz
