Brief: Investment Friends reaches settlement with Top Marka over loan

Dec 19(Reuters) - Investment Friends SA  IFCP.WA :  
    * Said on Saturday that it signed a settlement before the 
court in Warsaw with Top Marka SA (Top Marka) concerning terms 
of repayment of a loan 
    * Under the agreement Top Marka pledged to repay the loan in 
the total amount of 8.35 million zlotys ($1.98 million) and 
unpaid interest in the amount of 94,735 zlotys by the end of 
Jan.
