Sept 1 (Reuters) - Investment Friends SA  IFRP.WA : 
    * Reported on Wednesday that its board decides to increase 
company's share capital from 8.6 million zlotys ($2.20 million) 
to 14.4 million zlotys by issuing 7.2 million of series B shares 
    * Shares will be offered under private subscription at the 
issue price of 0.8 zloty per share
