The Board of The Investment Company plc (the "Company") announces that, on 20 October 2026, it issued 702,370 Ordinary 1 pence Shares from Treasury at a price of 76.5 pence per share, which was at a premium to the last published NAV.  The shares will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares.
