a gas supply deal in Zimbabwe
    ** Upstream oil & gas co says signed Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU) with Zimbabwe's Mbuyu Energy     
    ** Co to supply gas for Mbuyu's 500 megawatt (MW)
gas-to-power project
    ** Project includes future expansion up to 1,000 MW - co
    ** 13.3 mln shares change hands as of 0313 GMT, vs 30-day
average volume of ~13 mln shares
    ** Stock down 44.8% YTD, as of last close
