* Says it will issue 887,959 new units through domestic
public offering and overseas offering, at the paid-in price of
42,702 yen per share, to raise 37.92 billion yen in total
* Says it will issue new units through private placement at
the paid-in price of 42,702 yen per share, to raise up to 1.9
billion yen in total
* Previous plan was announced on Sept. 21
