16.7 GWh of Endurium Eligible for Cap and Floor Projects

Invinity Energy Systems plc (AIM: IES) (OTCQX: IESVF), a leading global
manufacturer of utility-grade energy storage, is pleased to announce that 21
project bids, submitted by four developers and representing a total of
approximately 16.7 GWh of Invinity's Endurium™ battery technology, have this
morning been announced by Ofgem
(https://www.ofgem.gov.uk/press-release/super-battery-projects-maximise-renewable-generated-power-enter-next-phase-ofgems-green-power-storage-scheme)
as eligible for the UK LDES Cap and Floor Scheme.

Ofgem will now invite eligible projects to submit more detailed bids. Ofgem
and NESO will undertake final project assessment in Q4 2025 and aim to publish
the initial decision list of projects that will be offered a contract under
the Scheme in Spring 2026. Final decisions on projects are due in Summer
2026.

Today's positive development follows the Company's announcement
(https://irtools.co.uk/88/story/30a77b6b-827d-42b4-9627-6ca98bf0e382) on 23
June 2025 that nine energy storage developers had chosen Invinity's technology
for the Scheme. This covered 34 individual project bids. This group includes,
but is not limited to, Invinity's partner Frontier Power, with whom Invinity
is targeting gigawatt-hour deployment
(https://irtools.co.uk/88/story/2423fa93-2186-4dd8-a2c0-5b6c78c739c5) of the
Company's technology in the UK and abroad.

The Company believes that that every eligible project announced today which
has specified the use of a Vanadium Flow Battery (or combination of such with
another technology) will propose the use of Invinity's Endurium batteries.

All but one of the confirmed eligible projects are in Track 1 of the Scheme
which are deliverable by 2030. Track 2 projects are deliverable by 2033.

The announcement notes that 171 valid applications representing 52.6 GW of
discharge capacity were initially received by Ofgem by the submission deadline
of 9 June 2025. The announcement confirms that 77 projects, with discharge
capability totalling 28.7 GW for a minimum of eight hours, have met the
programme criteria and are therefore eligible to progress to the project
assessment stage.

The Company cautions that due to the competitive nature of this process, there
is no guarantee any, and highly unlikely that all, of these project bids will
ultimately be successful under the Scheme. However, Invinity's management team
continue to believe that the Company is well positioned to secure a level of
orders which could be highly material to Invinity's future trading.

The Company expects to provide an update once further announcements on the
Scheme are made by Ofgem.

Jonathan Marren, Chief Executive Officer at Invinity said:

"Invinity is tremendously excited at the number and quality of projects using
our vanadium flow batteries that have been selected to progress to the next
stage under Ofgem's Cap and Floor scheme. Ofgem's determination of eligibility
further validates the role Invinity's safe, durable VFB solutions can play in
delivering clean, low-cost power to the UK's future electric grid. In our
view, the developers who have chosen to support this vision by submitting
projects applying Invinity's products include some of the most capable,
experienced teams in the UK energy ecosystem. The entire Invinity team are
excited to advance through the Project Assessment stage, and progress towards
delivering UK-manufactured products to this groundbreaking programme."
