Blocklisting Applications

 

Invinity Energy Systems plc (AIM: IES) (AQSE: IES) (OTCQX: IESVF), a leading
global manufacturer of utility-grade energy storage, announces that an
application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of
securities in respect of 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares of €0.50 each (the "New
Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that
admission will become effective on or around 26 September 2022.

 

The New Ordinary Shares will be issued when necessary, in order to satisfy the
issue of shares pursuant to the exercise of Short-Term Warrants and Long-Term
Warrants issued in the capital raising in December 2021 and the exercise of
options under the Invinity Energy Systems Employee Share Option Plan 2018.
When issued, the New Ordinary Shares will be credited as fully paid and will
rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of €0.50
each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
