$0.89 premarket  
    ** The commercial-stage fertility centre signed binding
agreements to acquire Wisconsin Fertility Institute
    ** Says it will purchase the institute for $10 mln, payable
over a three-year period
    ** As of last close, INVO was down ~27.5% this year
