** Shares of IOL Chemicals IOLC.NS rise 5% to 343.7 rupees

** Co receives certificate of suitability for its API product quetiapine fumarate from the European Directorate for Quality of Medicines and Health Care

** This allows co to export the product to European and other countries that accept the certification, co says

** More than 352,000 shares change hands, 1.8x its 30-day avg

** Stock up about 8% so far this week
