                  Director's Shareholding

 iomart (AIM:IOM), the secure cloud services company, has been notified by Angus MacSween, Non-Executive Director, that on 26th September 2025 he purchased 114,474, ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 18.8 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following this transaction, Angus MacSween's beneficial interest is 17,588,383 Ordinary Shares representing 15.59% of the total voting rights in the Company.
