iomart (AIM:IOM), the cloud computing company, has been notified by Reece Donovan, Chief Executive Officer, that on 3 December 2020 he purchased 3,250 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 315.0 pence per ordinary share.  
 
Following this transaction, Reece Donovan's beneficial interest in the Company is 3,250 Ordinary Shares representing 0.003% of the total voting rights in the Company.
