("iomart", the "Group" or the "Company")

 

Director's Shareholding

iomart (AIM:IOM), the cloud computing company, has been notified on 30 January
2023, by Angus MacSween, Non Executive Director, that he exercised 340,000
unapproved options of 1 pence each and retained them in shares. Following this
transaction, Angus MacSween's beneficial interest is 17,343,409 Ordinary
Shares representing 15.766% of the total voting rights in the Company.
