                 Director's Shareholding

iomart (AIM:IOM), the cloud computing company, has been notified on 28 June
2024 by Scott Cunningham, Chief Financial Officer, that he exercised 124,053
unapproved options of 1 pence each and retained them in shares. Following this
transaction, Scott Cunningham's beneficial interest is 246,228 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.219% of the total voting rights in the Company.
