Director's Shareholding

iomart (AIM:IOM), the secure cloud services company, has been notified by
Annette Nabavi, Non-Executive Director, that on 3(rd) December 2024 she
purchased 5,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price
of 90.8 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following this transaction, Annette Nabavi's beneficial interest is 5,500
Ordinary Shares representing 0.005% of the total voting rights in the Company.
