iomart Group plc

(the "Company")

Grant of Options to Directors

iomart Group plc (AIM: IOM) the secure cloud services company, announces that,
on 7 May 2024, the Remuneration Committee granted options over the ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Lucy Dimes (CEO &
Chair) and Scott Cunningham (CFO) under the rules of the Company's Performance
Share Plan 2020 as amended by the Remuneration Committee on 20 October 2023
and 11 April 2024 (the "Plan").

The options granted under the Plan have an exercise price of 1p each and will
not vest earlier than three years from the date of grant.

The performance conditions for Lucy Dimes and Scott Cunningham are based on
certain performance obligations having been met during the three-year period
up until 31 March 2027.

The following table sets out the interest of each director in options over the
Ordinary shares:
