Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General Meeting

iomart (AIM:IOM), the cloud computing company, announces that it has posted to
shareholders the Annual Report & Financial Statements for the year ended
31 March 2023, as well as the notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The Company's AGM will be held at the Company's offices at 6 Atlantic Quay, 55
Robertson Street, Glasgow, G2 8JD on 5 September 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

Shareholders intending to exercise their votes by way of proxy, electronically
or by post, are encouraged to do so as soon as possible, and these must be
received by no later than 10.00 am on Friday 1 September 2023.

A copy of the Annual Report & Financial Statements and notice of AGM are
also available on the Company's website at
