EnCore energy rises on uranium project license expansion

** Shares of clean energy company enCore Energy EU.O gain 3.7% to $2.20 premarket

** Co says it has received approval for inclusion of its Upper Spring Creek ISR Uranium Project in the existing Radioactive Materials License by the Texas environment body

** Says the license allows enCore to handle radioactive materials, which include uranium

** EU says current license includes the Rosita Uranium Project, which has now been extended to cover the Upper Spring Creek Project's Brown Area

** As of last close, EU was down 37.8% YTD
