** Angeripalayam Common Effluent Treatment Plant's case against water and environment management company for non-functioning of plant and consequential damages dismissed by sole arbitrator

** Associated arbitral award of 174.8 mln rupees ($1.9 mln) also dismissed

** IONX lost ~73% in 2025
