IP Group plc - Investor presentation; AGM arrangements

 

IP Group plc (LSE: IPO) ("IP Group" or "the Company"), which develops
world-changing science and technology businesses across life sciences,
technology and cleantech, is pleased to announce that it will host an update
for investors and analysts on the morning of Tuesday, 14 June 2022, ahead of
its Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

 

The event will be hybrid and will take place from 9.15am - 10.30am. For

To ensure that shareholders can access the investor presentation and follow
the proceedings of the AGM, which will take place at 11.00am, the Company will
provide access online through the Investor Meet Company platform. However,
shareholders will not be able to vote online during the AGM and are therefore
urged to submit their votes via proxy as early as possible. Shareholders are
also invited to pre submit questions for the Board to consider. Questions
can be pre submitted in advance of the AGM via the Investor Meet Company
Platform up to 9am on 13 June, being the day before the AGM, or via the
Investor Meet Platform at any time during the AGM itself. Investors can sign
