IP Group plc - Voting Rights and Capital - Month End Disclosure

Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1:

As at the date of this announcement, the Company has 1,063,188,005 Shares in
issue and 28,040,741 Shares held in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in IP Group plc is therefore 1,035,147,264.
