Top investor Railpen says it will not bid for UK's IP Group July 27 (Reuters) - Railpen, the largest shareholder in Britain's IP Group IPO.L, on Monday said it does not intend to make an offer for the early-stage science investor, saying the companies could not reach agreement on a mutually acceptable proposal.
