Top investor Railpen sweetens takeover offer for UK's IP Group July 17 (Reuters) - Railpen, the largest shareholder in Britain's IP Group IPO.L, said on Friday it has made a sweetened offer to take full control of the early-stage science investor, offering 61 pence per share in cash among other proposals.
