** Intellectual property services provider says long-serving Chief Financial Officer John Wadley resigns

** CEO says Wadley joined co as CFO in 2016 and played a crucial role in the firm's international growth

** Stock among top losers on the benchmark index ASX200 .AXJO

** Stock fell as much as 4% earlier in the day, marking its biggest intraday drop since February 25

** Shares of co set for seventh consecutive session of losses

** Stock down 9.5% this year including the current session
