Directors' Dealings
IQGEO Group plc (LSE:IQG, "Company" or "IQGEO") received notification on 28
July 2023 from Kestrel Partners LLP ("Kestrel") that on the 28 July 2023 it
purchased for, on behalf of its discretionary clients, an aggregate of 16,060
ordinary shares of 2p each ("Shares") in the Company at an average price of
£3.01635 per share.
Mr Royde is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in, Kestrel. Mr
Royde is also a shareholder in Kestrel Opportunities and is therefore deemed
to have a beneficial interest in Kestrel Opportunities' entire legal holding
in IQGEO.
Following this transaction, Kestrel Opportunities holds (and consequently Mr
Royde is deemed to have a beneficial interest in) 11,726,984 Shares in the
Company, and other clients of Kestrel, in which Mr Royde has no beneficial
interest hold 4,617,008 Shares in the Company.
On a combined basis, Kestrel indirectly holds voting rights over 16,343,992
Shares in the Company, which represents 26.55 per cent of the Company's issued
share capital.
Kestrel's interest in the Shares in the Company is held through the following
