** Company signs deal to supply Tower Semiconductor TSEM.TA with indium phosphide epiwafers for optical connectivity solutions, covering AI-driven data centre infrastructure
** TSEM to also provide IQE with broad worldwide and royalty-free license, settling all litigation related to porous silicon patents
** In last 12 months, stock has risen slightly more than fourfold
