Exercise of Warrants, Issue of Equity and TVR
IQE plc (AIM: IQE, "IQE" or the "Group"), the leading global supplier of compound semiconductor wafer products and advanced material solutions, announces that it has received notices of warrant exercise in respect of 5,864,624 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of 13.5 pence per share.
Admission and Total Voting Rights
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for Admission of the 5,864,624 Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on or around 17 June 2026.
The Ordinary Shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.
Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company in issue will be 1,320,656,252 with voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's issued share capital.
