                                                       Delisting of Notes                      
 
The Issuer wishes to announce that it has applied to Euronext Dublin to delist the following notes following their redemption in advance of their maturity date:
€625 million of 3.500% senior notes due 2024, ISN: XS1492822033 (the "Notes") 
from the Official List and from trading on the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin.  Euronext Dublin has agreed that the Notes be delisted with effect from 9th July, 2020.
