$23.75 after Q2 adj profit, revenue beats estimates
    ** IRMD, which is top pct gainer among U.S. stocks, is on
pace for its best day ever 
    ** Quarter was helped by strong booking of its MRI monitor,

    ** Also raises FY adj profit forecast
