** Co's unit wins new project worth 92.70 billion rupees  ($1.04 billion)

** Co's unit IRB Infrastructure Trust wins project from the National Highways Authority of India to operate and maintain parts of highways in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh

** CLSA ("outperform", PT at 72 rupees) says co's tolling business witnessed good growth in the second quarter, sustained in October as well

** Five analysts, on average, rate stock at "buy"; median PT at 60 rupees - data compiled by LEG

** YTD, IRBI stock down 21%
