** Shares of IRB Infrastructure Developers  IRBI.NS  jumps
as much as 12.29% to a record high of 36.55 rupees per share
    ** Rise after 12.57 mln shares of infra co change hands in
14 block deals at a price of 33.55 rupees to 36.50 rupees, as of
11:10 a.m. IST - LSEG data
    ** Trading volume is 128.30 mln shares as of 11:10 a.m .IST,
4x 30-day avg; stock most active in over nine months
    ** Of six analysts tracking IRBI, four maintain "strong
buy", one suggests "buy" and one recommends "hold"; median TP is
32.10 
    ** IRBI's shares up 21.4% so far in 2023, including today's
gains, compared to 34% rise Nifty Small-cap 100 index  .NIFSMCP
