       Dec 6 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on
Wednesday:

        ** India's Reliance-owned TV18 Broadcast  TVEB.NS  will
merge with Network18 Media & Investments  NEFI.NS  in an all

        ** The Indian government will sell up to an 8% stake in
state-run IRCON International  IRCN.NS  this week, the company

        ** Medical tools supplier Danaher  DHR.N  said  it has
completed the $5.7 billion acquisition of Abcam  ABCZF.PK ,
overcoming the initial opposition from the founder of the

    ** France's Safran  SAF.PA  does not exclude a protest
against Italy's decision to block part of its planned $1.8
billion purchase of the flight control systems business of
Collins Aerospace  RTX.N , Chief Executive Olivier Andries

    ** Japan's Rakuten Group  4755.T  said it plans to sell a
large stake in Rakuten Bank  5838.T  to overseas investors, its
latest fundraising effort as it grapples with heavy debt and

    ** Australian fund manager Perpetual  PPT.AX   rejected a
A$3.1 billion ($2 billion) takeover offer from its largest

    ** Chinese conglomerate Dalian Wanda's chairman and two
units have agreed to sell a combined 51% stake in the

    ** U.S. private equity firm TA Associates is aiming to sell
its minority stake of about 20% in Vietnamese software provider
MISA, with a value for the company of more than $500 million,

    ** Harmonic Drive Systems  6324.T , a Japanese maker of
speed reducers, said that Toyota Motor  7203.T  will sell its
entire stake in the company in the open market

producer Pioneer Natural Resources  PXD.N  and Exxon Mobil

    ** Midwest law firms Ulmer & Berne and Greensfelder, Hemker
& Gale are planning to merge, creating what they said in a
