International Ltd  IRCN.NS  rise as much as 3% to a record 66.75
rupees
    ** Co said on Tuesday that it was awarded a 1.22 billion
rupees ($14.76 million) work project by Sri Lanka's transport
ministry to design and install a signalling and
telecommunication system for its railway network
    ** About 11.2 mln shares change hands by 10:23 a.m. IST, 
0.7x 30-day avg of ~16.3 mln shares
    ** Stock up 43.5% YTD, up to last close
    ($1 = 82.6600 Indian rupees)
