India's Ircon International jumps on $144 mln order win

** Shares of state-run IRCON International  IRCN.NS  up as
much as 6.4% to 266.9 rupees; last up 2.2% 
    ** The engineering and construction co said that it received
a letter of award worth 11.98 billion rupees ($143.6 million)
for a project floated by East Coast Railway
    ** Stock on track for sixth consecutive session of gains, if
trends hold
    ** More than 21.8 mln shares change hands by 12:00 p.m. IST,
1.8x the 30-day avg
    ** Including session's gains, stock is up 49% YTD
