** Shares of Ircon International Ltd IRCN.NS rise as much as 4.5% to 195.25 rupees

** Engineering co given letter of award for project floated by Rail Vikas Nigam RAIV.NS for 7.56 bln rupees ($87.6 mln)

** Adds, Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority awarded two projects worth 4.71 bln rupees under Mumbai metro line-5 project and for Mumbai metro line-6 worth 6.42 bln rupees

** Stock on track to snap 3 days of losses

** More than 7.2 mln shares traded as of 10:25 a.m. IST, 1.3x their 30-day moving avg

** IRCN last up 2.6%, cutting YTD losses to 13.1%
