    ** Construction and engineering co's consol net profit falls
18% y/y to 2.06 bln rupees ($24.4 mln); rev from ops down 19%
    ** Co hurt by fewer orders in the reported qtr
    ** Co says expects urban transformation initiatives like 
Metro Rail and NaMo Bharat to boost growth
    ** IRCN down ~7% so far this week
