    ** The mineral explorer signs non-binding memorandum of
understanding with IREN SpA  IREE.MI  for potential
collaboration for critical raw material production at the Lazio
Geothermal Lithium Project
    ** Adds, under MOU, co to develop the Lazio Project
    ** Earlier this week, the two parties signed MOU for lithium
recovery from geothermal projects around Rome
    ** Stock has risen 1.8% YTD, as of last close
