 * Deal at a cash consideration of RMB45.9 million 
 * Says company and Xianyang Irico entered into the equity transfer agreement 
 * The group expects to recognize a gain from the disposal of approximately 
RMB17 million 
 * Says company agreed to sell, and Xianyang Irico agreed to acquire, 60% of the 
equity interest in Irico accessories
