    * Deal for consideration of rmb36.2 million 
    * Proceeds raised from transfer of subject assets will be 
used as funds for company's photovoltaic power station projects

    * Agreement in relation to accounts receivable, pursuant to 
which company agreed to transfer subject assets to cec 
    * Group expects to recognize financing costs from 
transaction contemplated under assignment agreement of about
