Director's Dealing

The Company has been notified that Tracarta Limited, in which John Wardle,
Non-Executive Director, has a beneficial interest, purchased 2,500,000
ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of 0.2775 pence per Ordinary Share on 13 July 2023. The revised interest
of Tracarta Limited in the Company's current issued share capital is as
follows:
