Ironveld plc ("Ironveld" or the "Company") announces that Peter Cox, Technical
Director, subscribed for 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.3 pence per Ordinary Share via the Broker
Option open to all qualifying shareholders alongside the recent placing.
Following issue and allotment of the placing shares today, Peter Cox's revised
beneficial interest in the Company's issued share capital is as follows:
