FCF Acquisition Update

 

Update on Closing of Acquisition of Ferrochrome Furnaces (Pty) Limited ("FCF")

Further to the announcement dated 9 December 2022 Ironveld can now confirm
that all material underlying agreements required by the Debt Purchase
Agreement and Share Purchase Agreement have now been agreed and signed.

The timing of the transaction completion has had no effect on the Company's
operations, which continue to progress as planned.
