Ironveld PLC (AIM: IRON), the mining development company focused on producing
high-value strategic metals, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
of the Company will be held on 29 April 2026 at 10.00am at the offices of
Orana Corporate LLP, Eccleston Yards, 25 Eccleston Place, London, SW1W 9NF.
