Resignation of Director

 

Ironveld plc (AIM: IRON), the mining development company focused on producing
high-value strategic metals, announces that Malebo Ratlhagane has resigned as
a director of the Company for personal reasons, with effect from 17 June 2025.

 

Ironveld CEO, Kris Andersson commented:
