Update on Publication of FY25 Accounts

 

Ironveld PLC ("Ironveld" or the "Company") provides an update regarding the
publication of its audited accounts for the year ended 30 June 2025 ("FY25
Accounts") and interim results for the six months to 31 December 2025
("Interim Results").

 

Further to the Company's announcement of 2 March 2026, which indicated that
the FY25 Accounts would be published by March 13, 2026, the Company confirms
that there has been a short delay to obtaining final sign off from the
Company's UK auditors.  The audit process is expected to be completed
imminently, with publication of the FY25 Accounts now anticipated by the end
of this week.

 

The Company also confirms that its Interim Results will be published on
schedule, prior to the end of March 2026.

 

The Board fully appreciates shareholder frustration regarding these delays.
