Update on Publication of FY25 Accounts

 

Ironveld PLC ("Ironveld" or the "Company") provides a further update regarding
the publication of its audited accounts for the year ended 30 June 2025 ("FY25
Accounts") and interim results for the six months to 31 December 2025
("Interim Results").

 

Further to the Company's announcement of 16 March 2026, the Company confirms
that final sign off from the Company's UK auditors is expected imminently,
which will enable the Company to publish its FY25 Accounts prior to the end of
March.

 

The Company also confirms that its Interim Results will be published on the
same date as the FY25 Accounts.
