India's ISMT rises on plans to declare dividend

** Shares of ISMT  ISMT.NS  up 2.5% at 93.80 rupees
    ** Seamless tubes and engineering steel products maker says
it will consider declaration of dividend for financial year
2023-24 when the board meets on March 7
    ** More than 967,000 shares change hands, in-line with
30-day moving average
    ** Stock up 2.3% YTD after gaining 70.5% in 2023
