U.S. stock index futures inched higher on Friday, setting Wall Street on course
for strong weekly gains, as investors cheered the Federal Reserve sticking to
its rate-easing stance and awaited commentary from Chair Jerome Powell later in
the day.  .N 
    
    At 7:42 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.02% at 40,214. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were unchanged at 5,302.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down
0.09% at 18,545.75.
